I am thinking about 5 hours if you have a change over. Like I do. It takes 5 hours from Spokane, Wa to Los Angeles, California. My boyfriend lives down there and he flew up here twice this yaer. I am going to Los Angeles next week. I am leaving 11 Am and getting there around 4:30 P.M.

Flight price question from Los Angeles to New Orleans!?
My friend recently moved to New Orleans, and I enjoy visiting her and love the city. It seems like over the past year the price to fly non-stop is around $300, is it always so pricey? Id love to go more often, but it seems at every time of year thats the lowest, and it only goes up from there! Anyone know if this is pretty typical?

It may not seem like it, but $300 round-trip from LA to NO is actually a really good price. Note that airfares from LA to NY (a high-competition market) are higher than LA to NO.

southwest and jetblue offer low fares that you won't find on orbitz, hotwire, expedia, etc.

I have flown to LA a few times from JFK and Jetblue was always the best price and the comfort level was definitely nice......and it was nonstop everytime. go jetblue.com and check it out. Maybe also see about the surrounding airports of LAX.....I flew into BUR (Burbank) and it was a bit cheaper. Best Wishes!
