It depends really on how many stops there is between, and for how long. Also, it depends on what city in Texas your flying to... It should say where you purchased the tickets.

Assuming you are flying direct (i.e. no-stops), it should take a little over 3 hours to fly from LAX to DFW (say ~3hrs 10mins). If you have stops, it all depends on how many stops and where the stops are. Duration of flight will definitely be much longer.
