No. Northwest does, though.

Cathay stops at Hong Kong, you change planes going to Manila. As the first respondent said, Northwest has a direct flight from LAX to MNL. Edit 1: Just to clarify one answerer's statement below: Direct flight doesn't mean non-stop. Direct flight means one or more stops between the flight of origin to destination usually to refuel or pick up additional passenger. Non-stop flight simply means no stop-over.

Direct Flight? All planes from your destination are connecting, if there is a Sky Petrol then they will stop over to load some fuel. Hehehe cool!

I think all Cathay Pacific flights from North America stop in Hong Kong first. Maybe because it's based in HK.
