los angeles-auckalnd flight?
so a friend of mine told me that planes dont flight over the pacific ocean because the gravity is stronger over there, ill be taking a flight to auckland and its cheaper if i go from los angeles than from atlanta and i was wondering if it is true (the ocean thing) and if so, where does the los angeles flight pass by?

Your friend is an idiot and you are naive. How else do you suppose a plane would get from the US to Australia?

You're friend is messing with you. Planes fly over the ocean. If the gravity was so strong, strong enough to pull a plane out of the sky, how would all those boats stay afloat? Planes fly over the ocean all the time.

your friend is not telling the truth.. they do fly though the pacific and it is fine..
