Does Philippine Airlines have WIFI on thier international flights from Los Angeles to Manila?
Does anyone know if PAL offers WIFI on thier flights from LA to Manila? And how much they charge for it? What are the chances of getting an upgrade on these flights?

their in-flight entertainment systems barely work and they've started to outsource their services. WiFi on a PAL flight is impossible given their financial troubles.
