Are there any Non-stop flights from Los Angeles to Israel (Tel Aviv)?
I live in Los Angeles and I'm looking for a flight that will go directly to Israel without any stops at all. Do you know of any and how many hours does it take? tamarindwalk: For your information I'm Jewish and I'm going to visit my Orthodox relatives who live in Jerusalem, so I do have reason to go.

In my experience, most flights to Israel from LAX usually go through JFK first, although I've heard of other stops like Spain, or the UK. Haven't heard of a direct flight though!

Why bother going. Israel looks just like southern California... You're spending a bundle of money to go look at a little copy of America - which you as an American taxpayer helped fund.
